No Sound on Mixcast 4

Hello everyone,

I am new to the Mixcast family and need help. I have the Mixcast 4 and can’t hear any sound, I’m sure it’s due to this orange no sound indication but I don’t know how to remove it Please help me. Here is the link to the picture of the no sound indication.

I've never used (or even seen) a Mixcast 4.
But as a lifelong veteran of manymany Tascam units, I can pretty assuredly state you that the "orange" indicator implies you have input/s and/or output muted.
You should really consider RTM and familiarizing yourself with the unit and how to work it.
