Help: Record compressed audio track

Please help me setup the mixer corretly.

I want to send an audio track from cubase to an outboard compressor (UA6176) to compress it and record in real time the compressed track in cubase.

I have already connected the following with cables:
- Line Output (UA compressor) -> Assignable Return 1 (DM3200)
- Assignable Send 1 (DM3200) -> Line Input (UA compressor)

I know I have to do something with the routing (OUTPUT etc), but what?
