Sorry, but you are confusing me a little. The knobs you have shown on the table in the Youtube video are from the Numark, correct? Then you wrote, "I believe the original Tascam" which threw me. What I am hoping is that you can take a picture of the original Tascam knob if you have it so I can see underneath it. I need to check the knob for a hidden set screw, or a scrim screw with is located at the top, or if they are just slide on D shafts or 6mm splined shafts. Also, if you wouldn't mind taking a picture of the Model 12 without a knob on it that would allow us see what hides under the knob without damaging our own. I would like to see what potentiometer shaft they are using. You also wrote a confusing reply to someone on your Youtube video where you state you "broke the first Model 12 doing it", and that you "damaged your second one", and "that was the third one". The one in the video was the third one? What do you mean by "damaged"? Could you clarify what you meant so we understand what not to do to our own? Removing knobs is usually a simple process, so for the Model 12 this is unprecedented, especially for a relatively new model electronic device. Thanks for your contributions!
