Hello first of all I am going to say I am a newbie to the dm 3200 controller . But I’m very technologically savvy. I’ve been stomping my brain for the last two days about getting my mixer to work. Here’s my issue
I have tascam d3200 I’m trying to use as a remote for protools.
I connect the usb to the cpu (and I hear and see the device connected ) . Yet when i try to go through diagnostics on the mixer and test the connection it says timed out, I’ve changed usb cords and everything . When I look on the board the state of the hui has an “x” by it. It has the latest firmaware 1.70 . I just installed a fresh copy of windows 8.1 on my pc to see if that would help fix the problem. Yet I’m stuck!!! Please help me guys I’ll post pictures later on once I get to the studio .
