Does anyone know where i can get the buttons used in the dm 3200/4800? The ones used for select/solo/mute? I'm making a project and for cosmetic reasons i would like to use the same buttons.

Thanks in advance!

Most electronic/electrical supply outlets should have something similar to those used on these consoles. Pretty common switch, actually.

i need a whole bunch of them, 128 to be axact. I've search online, but were not able to find any. Any suggestions?

I guess the question is, are you looking for just the plastic buttons themselves, or the full switch? Finding the plastic buttons might be a bit of a challenge, although not impossible. However, if you are looking for operable switches like the ones on the DM4800, then there are many places to try, such as the following: http://www.digikey.ca/products/en/switches/keypad-switches/202
Simply get more specific with your search and you shouldn't have any trouble finding the part you want.

Tascam Parts department should be able to supply. I've gotten everything from DM3200 screws, bottom feet replacements, MU-1000 cable (before I knew you could use a standard DB25 printer cable), LCD display, DSP board and the side panels.

Thank you both!

I'll be searching. What about the Tascam parts department? I've send them a question a long while ago if i could get spare fader caps for the dm3200/4800, but i never got a reply from them.

They are not horrible with prices for parts. Some of the PCB's are expensive as expected. They've sent me missing screws for free.

Parts Department (323) 727-4840 from Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Pacific Time.
I'm not sure how it works if you are not in US.
