HELP! dm3200 USB audio routing

Hello,

Im new to digital boards.
Purchased a DM3200
NO FIREWIRE installed (how can i get?)
USB to MAC tower
Logic X, protools, Ableton Live etc all installed

Looking for help with routing audio out to the following connections
STEREO outs (xlr): KRK 10/3 speakers +sub
CR monitor outs (1/4in): KRK Rokit 6
STUDIO monitor outs(rca): to headphone amp

Please help!
