How do I post a song for review it sends a message saying I cant

Under the 'Songwriters and Engineers' header, there's a section 'Song Mixes: Tracks for review and critique'. Here you can create a post with a LINK to your music. AFAIK you cannot upload any music file to the forum. So publish your music on one of the streaming services, like YouTube, SoundCloud, BandCamp or what have you, and that's what people can visit and share their thoughts on in the topic.
