TASCAM MODEL 24 USB PCB BOARD FALLING

i have a tascam model 24 with a bad usb pcb board. at first, the usb port was broken. my soldering failed the pcb board i believe. doesn’t anyone know where I can get a new usb pcb board. I’ve tried calling tascam support but never seem to get anywhere. It seems to be a fairly common problem with these. or is there an off brand board I can buy to make this thing work. I only use this tascam far the interface being able to have 20 seperate channels in the computer.

Stop me if this is off-track...but wouldn't contacting Tascam support be a good place to start?

I've heard that plenty (that c/s can be spotty or unresponsive), but SOMEbody has to have the parts...
