Tascam M3700 power connector help!

Help ! it seems like my mating power connector INSIDE the console its self has broke. This has been a failing for a while. You would need to put a small bit of preasure on the cable connector to make connection. The cable has tested good. My question is ...what's the best way to get to the connector INSIDE the console? Any one ever been down this road? Thanks, Tris Mahaffay
