TASCAM M-3500 light meters not working

I have a tascam m-3500 24 channel mixer with a light meter expansion (MU-3524) and recently the lights stopped working when recording, as if they are not monitoring anymore.

Hoping someone knows why or how to fix it?

There are selector switches for the meters, just check that the option you want is selected. Sometimes there is nothing selected if you accidentally tapped a button, and then the meters won’t show anything.

What is the meter selector button? Is it located on each channel or is it somewhere else? Do you know what the button is called specifically?
Sorry for all the questions, just cant seem to find it.
