Snapdragon compatibility

Hi, I have just got a Model 12 but am having trouble with getting my Surface Snapdragon laptop to see it.

Is Windows Arm OS not an option yet?

It appears the main issue is that I cannot access the Tascam ASIO, and opening the Tascam Model Mixer Settings Panel results in it being greyed out with the text "Device is not connected".

I am getting playback through the Model 12 from the laptop from Youtube, but opening a DAW is not working as I cannot configure the inputs and outputs as they are linked to the non starting ASIO driver.
