Sample rate issues using Model 12 with Logic Pro for iPad

I hope I’m not being a complete idiot here.

I am using my Model 12 to mix the output of my edrums and send it via USB to Logic Pro running on my iPad. I also have backing tracks in Logic Pro that are sent to the Model
12 via USB.
I am using the Load Song feature to set the sample rate and bit depth of the Model 12.

Here’s the issue: No matter what the sample rate of my Logic Pro project is set to, the Model 12 will only play it when set to 44.1 kHz. Everything else will result in a USB Fs mismatch error message.

I suspect that the issue lies with Logic Pro (I don’t have this problem with another DAW I use). But I can’t see anyone else having this problem, so I wanted to make sure I’m not missing anything. Some configuration setting that could make this go away…

Any thoughts or ideas highly appreciated!

The Model 12 expects the host computer to have the same samplerate and bitdepth of the current song project.
As you already guessed Logic is causing the issue here, so you have to either create a song according to Logic settings or change Logic settings according to the Model 12 song.
