Routing 2TrIn to Studio Monitor - DM3200

I don't get this routing at all:
In Montior, out of Monitor, into Studio Setup, out of Studio Setup, into Output. What? as in WTF? Are you daisy chaining your monitors? I am not getting this.
I wrote a long routing explanation above. If you follow it, it should work for you.
