On my DP-24, is there a way that I can select one bar, or a series of bars, and simply repeat them over and over.
For instance. I’m a guitar player not a keyboard player but I have a synth for effect and to lay down something for several minutes as a base for a song would be difficult for me. But to play a bar or three and then just repeat it for several minutes would be great.
I use to have a Yamaha portastudio years back which did that so easily but I’m not sure if my DP-24 will do this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Axe Victim, the DP machines are not loopers so the loop won't play back perfectly with no gaps. But if you need to practice a section over and over it will work for that.

Yes I found that out. It sort of worked but was messy. Too bad. My old Yamaha work station had that feature. It also had MIDI which I miss.

@Axe Victim, If you need continuity, do a simple copy/past and set the number of copies you need. "How to" is in the OM.

@Axe Victim Look in the "Equipment Related Tips" sticky thread for the post on creating a gapless practice loop that adds even more fun things to try once you've got the gapless loop set up.

Nice flametop profile photo man!
