DM4800
Hi folks,

I thought I'd share a very positive experience with my latest computer build for the DM4800. I followed cmaffia's "Windows 10 Compatibility - My Final Results" in relation to the setup. However, the only tweaking I did was to disable C-States in the bios and disable all of the unnecessary windows programs like firewall, defender, windows update as I'm not connected to the net.

Using LatencyMon 7 I get the following results -
Current measured interrupt to process latency 41.10 us
Highest measured interrupt to process latency 61.20 us
Current reported ISR routine execution time 11.000571 us
Current reported DPC routine execution time 91.690068 us

It's rock solid and working like a charm. I'm getting an average Max DPC Latency of 64uS (from IF-FW/DMmkII Control Panel) which I've never seen as consistently low before and running at a buffer setting of 64 with 32 I/O channels. Firmware version 1.10(88685) Driver version 1.309(176851). I was so impressed by this I went and purchased a second DM4800 (for $800 AUD) as a backup system. Long live the DM3200/4800!

Computer system as follows -
Windows 10 64bit build 1809 (10.0.17763.1999)
INTEL CORE I9-11900K
ASUS ROG STRIX Z590-E GAMING
KINGSTON HYPERX FURY RGB 64GB 3200MHZ DDR4
3 x SAMSUNG 980 PRO 1TB 3-BIT MLC V-NAND M.2
3 x 6TB WD BLACK HDD
THERMALTAKE TOUGHPOWER PF1 750W 80+ PLATINUM
NOCTUA NH-D15S
SIGG DP FireWire 800 3 port PCIe

Hope this helps others.

Cheers, Justin

Great info! It's always good to have the latest systems specs for those who might have to upgrade in the near future (like me, possibly..). Thanks @Juzz

Building your own PC is the best solution for those who want full control over every aspect of their build. It provides the most thorough customization options, from the CPU to the fans and lighting. That means you'll always have the exact hardware you need.

A great help to all of us! Thanks much!
