Mono summed output on DM3200

I am having the most bizarre issue and I can't figure out what is going on. I have audio coming from protools (definitely stereo) into a PPM meter where I can see the audio is stereo (by using stereo tone where the left leg drops out) but the audio coming out of the desk appears to be mono summed... any ideas? Any further info you need to help nail down the problem, let me know.

Well, the main thing to know is; how is the signal routed to and within the DM?

Have you checked that the mono button on the far right of the board isn't on ? It is located in the monitor section to the right of the jog wheel
