Model 12 freezes up when trying to record audio from PC over USB

Hello everyone,
I have been trying to record audio over USB from PC to the model 12, but it freezes up whenever I try it. I do hear a signal come through for about 3 seconds and then it freezes. The audio sounds like a 100% wet reverb signal. I have updated software / firmware to most recent. any ideas?

The described issue could originate from a variety of causes, we can try to do our best to help you but please tell us exactly how you set up your Model 12 and the PC. The more detailed the description, the less difficult to build a mental map of your situation and consequently find a solution.
As a starter, look for bitrate/bitdepth mismatch.
