Model 12
Hello,
I received my Model 12 about a week ago. I'm really pleased with it.
But, I have the left Main Out at about 40% more than the right one.
Is there a thing I miss? How to Pan the Master?
FYI, I use Model 12 --> USB my Mac, I choose as main out - audio interface - , and choose the volume I want via the Main fader of the Model 12 and directly from my monitors.
On the Model 12, also, the volume Pan isn't right already, left side is way more than right side.

Thansk in advance for your help.

Is the volume difference noticeable directly through your monitors or headphones (not the signal to the computer, but coming directly out of the M12)?

I use here, in this specific use of the Model 12, the sound of my mac (listening to Spotify, watching YouTube, etc.) and I put the outs of my Mac through the Model 12 as an audio interface.
But, on the main display, in the SIG indicators and level meters display, I have the Main outs like the left out is 40% lower than the right out.
I guessed there would be a pan misfunction somewhere in the main outs...

EDIT : so it's not an issue with my monitors nor my headphones, it comes directly from the model 12 or i don't know, maybe someone can help

Thanks in advance

To troubleshoot, leave the Mac out first. Connect another source, like a smart phone audio output to the Model 12 stereo inputs - or even a microphone as a mono input. Then see if the master pan is OK. If so, your problem is not inside the Model 12 and can be further investigated.

Okay I get it now.
The 2 first faders are for the L/R Main of my mac when I put Model in USB interface on my Mac))
I have to get to use to INs and OUTs behaviors, in USB mode vs Live Mode vs MTR.
Thanks ))

Nice that you have solved the problem! :) At first was a bit confused by your description about "Main Left & Main Right" since there is only 1 Main fader. But as you noticed you have to have channel 1 & channel 2 faders on the same level to get the "panning" right. Unless of course you have decided to route the input from your computer to some other pair of channels. Either way, then you can "pan" each individual channel with those channels own "panning-nobs"

And congratulations to a good choice of mixer! :)
