MacOS: beware of future updates

Tascam is losing ground in the main area they basically created. If there was a successor to the DM series, I would have bought it.

I agree...
I wish Tascam had kept the ball rolling.
That said, I'm enjoying the 96K capability on the old DM4800.
I know it is long in the tooth, but for now, it is working great.
I'll hang in until something way better comes along.

I bought a Behringer X32.
