Interface into DP 008 EX

Hi this may be an obvious question but I am not seeing it in any threads. I want to plug condenser mics into my my Steinberg interface and from there into an EQ and then into my DP 008EX.
Is there any reason why I shouldn't?. It doesn't seems like it should be an issue but I don't want to damage the DP 008EX so would appreciate input

No reason I can think of. But mind your gain-staging so you don't roast any inputs/pre's.

Good luck - Tascam is notoriously inconsistent w email replies…but you can learn truckloads about gain staging on yr own: ytube, various forums (including here), and so on-
