I recently got a DM-3200 with the IF-FW/DM MK2 card and it had v 1.02 FW installed. Looking online and here there was no information for Mac other than it works. I also seen no information on where to get a Windows version of the card firmware for a PC.
I have a few Macs at the house and I had a hard time getting the upgrade working with the files off Tascams site.
What I noticed is the later divers asked to reboot after install, where the V 1.10 drivers did not. The later drivers also seen the older firmware versions without a problem. On my 10.8.5 and 10.9 machines, I couldn't get it to function and the update program never seen the device. The v 1.10 application installed with driver could not see the DM-3200. Unfortunately I did not reboot either of the modern Intel macs after v1.10 driver install.
As a last resort I finally got the V1.10 driver to work after installing and rebooting a older PPC Mac mini running a version of 10.4 OS X. Once it was recognized and running the version 1.10 driver, the firmware upgrade went smooth and was done in 15-20 seconds.
