Hello everyone!
I just bought a condenser mic and have a question. As it needs +48v to function when using it, is it save to leave other things plugged into the rear inputs!
For example, I normally leave my drum machine plugged into A &B. I never unplug it. If I plug my mic into C and turn on the +48v phantom power do I need to physically remove the drum machine from the inputs?
And if I want to record several people/instruments simultaneously, can the phantom power be on for the mic, and have the drums or any other line level input recording at the same time.
I ask this because the phantom power turns on banks of 4 inputs.
I did look into the sticky notes but did not see a concise explanation. Perhaps I missed it?
