PAN and Doctor Strange

Hello,
One: i'm French (South West Coast), My Englisch Writing is Poor.
Tow: I try to find on the forum where I can present Myself, but i don't find, soory for that....
3: I'm a 55 years Old Musician with a 14 Yo DM4800 in my studio. I do many stuff with her.
i'm in love with music and studio from 1980. (Tubular Bells). I record many album and many composition for myself. That DM4800 is the best price value i never had....

So my problem :
the pan of "enter" are mooving by tem selves without a touch anything. I read many thing on this forum. And i discover that the pan command at the right of the Aux Board buton work sometine and sometime no....
today I repair the master fader who has to much dust on the "balaie", i'm so happy to have a master fader again...
je think about that contact while repair the pan trouble...
But No
THe pan are mooving on a channel witch his in enter (1-24) ....
UNETER a moment that stop and after a moment that restart ..... (30 to 50mn)

So ?

jes anybody know if the fader of DM24 are compatible with dm4800 ?
