Either MON 1 / MON 2 outputs will do, in mono.
Use a TRS - TRS 6.3 mm cable to feed your IEM unit(s), adjust send level for each mixer channel the vocalists will have to hear, raise corresponding MON fader and you are done. The Behringer P2 should have a mono-stereo switch in order to work with different sources, check that before scratching your head.
A passive multiple is al you need feed more than one IEM unit: a DIY cable, a patchbay section or whatever electrically effective solution your tech will invent to share one source between two or more destinations.

@paddy_yo roughly said, a passive multiple is a rail where two or more cables are connected to the same source. There is neither input nor output, just all cables spliced together. Please don't ask for a schematic :)
