Model 12, tap tempo how?

I'm trying to find out how I can do tap tempo on the Model 12
The tempo button seems to only act as start/stop of the click

Can anyone tell me how to perform tap tempo?

If you are asking yourself why on Earth would TASCAM bury such a useful feature under several layers of menus, the answer is simple: they don’t want you to use that pretty button.

What tap tempo screen?
Oh found it buried in the menu
That's a bummer.. menu diving just for setting a tempo. And the Model 12 cannot be used as slave in midi sync
But I will work with what I got
