Mini, AMD, Usb 4, win 11 ?

Hi Guys, Got one of these new super duper Minisforum HX99g. USB 4 is supposed to work with all thunderbolt devices some say. doesn't recognize the tascam at all usb c front or usb4 back. using the same adapters I use with 2017 mac book pro Big Sur. Found out about m1 and m2 never going to happen I hope not this to.
(Hell with firewire draws on.)

so, if I understand correctly you don't get connection with the HX and the DM? IF USB does not work, it's propably one of two problems
a) USB2 (on the DM side) does communicate correctly with the USB 4 on the HX. Try another USB2 device to see if it works as expected at all.
b) Driver? Were you able to install the DM driver on the HX? If yes - there is actually no guarantee it really works with Win11. The Dm has come way into it's years, ya know... ;-)
