Metronome not loud enough on DP-008EX

The sound of the metronome on the DP-008EX is not loud enough. Is there any way to improve this? Perhaps with a firmware update?
Btw, the metronome sound is also rather unpleasantly sharp....

When the recorder is stopped, press the metronome button to access the settings screen. Volume can be set from 0 to 127, default is 100.
Page 69 of the manual.

Thanks for your reply. The DP-006 that I still own has a max of 127 but even that is not loud enough. The DP-008EX seems to have a max metronome volume of 100 (yes the manual says 127). But even 127 would not be loud enough, I suppose I have to live with this....

It's all relative ... turn the volume of tracks 1 to 8 down, and increase the master/monitoring volume. That will increase the metronome volume.
