As you will see below -- the custom "B3 like" case for my Hammond SK Pro 73 and lower keyboard is done!

I'm really pleased with how it came out.

Here she is, ready for lower manual cheek blocks and adding in the lower board and cabeling.

4 images of the SK Pro loaded into it and placed onto a table stand (for now!) will follow below. My dear bride custom-ordered some "Hammond" vinyl decals for me, so of course those were added. (I'd put those on my old M3 Chop back in the early 80s too.)

And now I've started on the "Hammond like" legs and base that will hold up the case. The first task was to make multiple cuts with a Dado blade on my table saw and then use a chisel to notch the legs where the top and bottom braces will be placed.

And, as was done on the cabinet, I'm using Titebond Ultimate glue and larger wood dowels to secure the parts that meet at right angles in the notches.

One more set of legs still needs to be notched, then I'll assemble and paint -- after I add the hinges though, as the legs will fold in for easier transporting. And I'll need to add a brace that will lock the legs in the unfolded/open position.

More to come soon...

This already looks like a commercial Hammond product!
