Frozen DM3200

My DM3200 has frozen. It powers up but the screen remains a solid blue, and the unit does not go thru the opening sequence.

Is there a re boot sequence I can try ?

Any other ideas folks?

Have you tried booting to diagnostics page? Clear SRAM?

Are any error messages displayed?
