Feedback/static issue in model 16

I have been using the model 16 for years and have loved it. I have never had any feedback issues. Now, when I attempt to play anything that was previously recorded, or run anything through the mixer, i get a lot of feedback and static as if it is a bad connection. I checked all my connections and everything is secure. I have narrowed it down to be inside of the mixer as I can also hear it when using headphones. Can anyone help?

I had similar issues on arrival: everything disconnected, all gain knobs to max, all faders to max, all channels to SUB, SUB to MAIN, SUB and MAIN faders at max. The device went nuts. Eventually I found out that if I turn al gain knobs down except one stereo channel, the feedback also occurred. Connecting an oscilloscope to SUB L output showed a frequency of 250kHz. I return my device for warranty exchange. Looks like capacitors went bad.
