I assume this is the right place for this question. If not please let me know.

I have a dp-02 that will not completely boot up. It brings up the "Tascam" logo on the screen but will not go further. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

This may not be it, but are you using the right power supply? I recently got a dp-01 off ebay, and they substituted the power supply. It powers on, but won't function. Luckily i had the correct power supply from my other tascam recorder. That's probably not your problem if you've been using it, and then suddenly have this problem. Good Luck.
